All commercial agreements, pricing, delivery timeframes, and warranty terms are strictly subject to individual written quotations and confirmation invoices issued directly by Primewave.

3. User Responsibilities & Data

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through our forms is accurate, current, and complete. 4. File Upload Limits & Safety

Users may attach specification files to our sourcing form. Supported extensions are limited to standard, verified formats (including PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, XLS, XLSX, CSV, DOC, DOCX). Individual file uploads must not exceed 10 megabytes (10MB). Primewave reserves the right to reject, delete, or discard any uploaded file that exceeds these limits or fails security screening.
